Allison Turner, Founder and CEO
Allison Turner is the Owner and CEO of BatCat Media Group, a creative agency that helps businesses build strong brands through design, digital marketing, video, and coaching. With more than 25 years of experience in management, marketing, and communications, she brings both strategy and creativity to her work.
Passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and business leaders, Allison leads BatCat Media Group with the belief that every brand has a unique story to tell. Under her direction, the company has evolved into a comprehensive solutions provider, supporting startups and established businesses alike in creating an authentic, impactful presence both online and offline.
A former Division I athlete on Northwestern University’s tennis team, Allison learned early the value of discipline and resilience—traits she carries into her leadership today. After earning her BA from Northwestern and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, she launched her first business in 2013 and has been guiding entrepreneurs and leaders ever since.
Active in the Delray Beach community, Allison serves as Board Chair for Delray Chamber Education Fund; Board Member for Institute for Regional Conservation and the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce; and Advisory Board Member for Eat Better Live Better. She believes in lifelong learning, building connections, and helping businesses thrive so they can make a bigger impact in the world.

Jack Schulman, Executive Producer
Jack Schulman is a Video and film producer with over 20 years of experience producing TV commercials
, internet videos, corporate videos for major corporations, training videos, music videos, and directing A/V for conferences, as well as the typical bar mitzvahs, weddings, anniversaries, etc. He is experienced in everything from lighting to sound to green/blue screen technology.
Before this, he was a professional musician and sound engineer focusing on both concert and studio demo productions. He also has a background in architecture and 3Danimation and modeling. As a national producer, he used to be called upon to travel to various cities from Miami to Las Vegas until he won primary custody of his daughter in a divorce. He now remains local where he has immersed himself into our community of professional entrepreneurs and is on the board of directors for The Leadership Business Council of The Palm Beaches and is the go to guy for Hi-end video productions at The 4 Arts Society of the Palm Beaches. He provides the A/V for WPN’s unConference every year as well as a host of other women’s events.
He has produced corporate videos for William Koch (Koch Brothers), John Sculley (Former CEO of Apple and Pepsi Cola), David Gilmour (Founder and CEO Of Fiji Water), Jim Arrigo (Arrigo Dodge) John A. carey – Inspector General of Palm Beach County and so many more.
He has produced conference videos for Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul, The Secret), Stedman Graham (Oprah), Bob Burg (Author of the ‘Go-Giver’ series), John David Mann (New York Times Best Seller), Nancy Matthews and Trish Carr (Women’s Prosperity Network), Loral Langmeier (CEO & Founder of Live Out Loud, Inc, Kevin Harrington (Shark Tank), Sharon Lechter (Think and Grow Rich for Women) and many, many others. He is very passionate about giving back to the community and is a committe member and/or video producer for charitable organizations such as Junior Achievement of The Palm Beaches, Equine Assisted Therapies of Broward County, and Quantum House attached to St. Mary’s Hospital. He partners with WRPBiTV to produce their occassional hi-end projects. He also co-produced a film which will be appearing in film festivals in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and L.A.
